Rules and regulaions
Rules and regulations for an ATV trail park are essential to ensure the safety of riders and protect the environment. Here are some guidelines you might consider. Safety Gear: All riders must wear appropriate safety gear, including helmets, goggles, gloves, and protective clothing, while riding on the trails.
Age Restrictions: Riders must meet minimum age requirements as specified by law and the park management. Children under a certain age may need to be accompanied by an adult.
Vehicle Requirements: Only properly maintained and registered ATVs or off-road vehicles are allowed on the trails. Vehicles must comply with noise and emission regulations.
Speed Limits: Speed limits must be adhered to at all times, especially in congested areas, near trail intersections, and when passing other riders.
Trail Etiquette: Riders must yield to pedestrians, horses, and other non-motorized users. Keep to the right side of the trail, and pass on the left when safe to do so.
Environmental Protection: Respect the natural environment by staying on designated trails, avoiding sensitive habitats, and not littering. Fuel and wash vehicles in designated areas.
Alcohol and Drugs: Operating an ATV under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
